Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival & Vaishno Devi Darshan
- You will arrive in Katra by train, bus, or flight via Jammu. After checking into your hotel, you can prepare for the pilgrimage. From Katra, you will travel to the Vaishno Devi base area (Ardhkuwari), where you can board the battery car to the Bhawan. The battery car journey covers approximately 6–7 km (Ardhkuwari to Bhawan) and takes around 20–30 minutes. Once at the Bhawan, you will perform the Mata Vaishno Devi darshan, which typically takes 1–2 hours, depending on the crowd. After darshan, you can return to Ardhkuwari via battery car and proceed back to your hotel in Katra for dinner and overnight stay.
- Total Day 1 Duration: ~8–10 hours including travel, darshan, and rest.
Day 2 — Local Sightseeing & Departure
- After breakfast, you can explore nearby temples in Katra, such as Banganga Temple or Raghunath Temple, or spend time in the local market. Following sightseeing, you will check out from your hotel and head to Jammu Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
- Total Day 2 Duration: ~4–6 hours depending on sightseeing and travel arrangements.

- Accommodation in Katra for 1 night (standard hotel).
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Assistance for darshan at Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan (if arranged by the operator).
- Local transfers in Katra (hotel to battery car point and back).
- Applicable service charges and taxes for the battery car ride.
Exclusions
- Travel to/from Katra (train, bus, or flight tickets).
- Meals other than breakfast.
- Optional porter or palki services from Bhawan to Ardhkuwari.
- Personal expenses such as shopping, tips, laundry, or liquor.
- Entry fees for any other sightseeing locations or attractions.
- Optional activities not mentioned in the itinerary.

Easy Cancellation
- 31 days or more prior to departure date Initial Booking Amount will be forfeited.
- Between 30–16 days : 75% of total tour cost will be charged as penalty.
- Less than 15 days: 100% of total tour cost will be charges as penalty

- Initial Booking Amount – INR 8,000 per person or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable)
- 30 days prior to the departure date – 75% of the remaining tour cost
- 15 days prior to the departure date – 100% of the tour cost required
