Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival in Katra and Helicopter Journey to Sanjichhat
- Arrive in Katra via a private transfer — the gateway to the sacred Vaishno Devi Yatra. After checking in and freshening up at your hotel, enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading to the Katra Helipad. Board your helicopter for a short and scenic 8–10 minute flight to Sanjichhat, offering breathtaking aerial views of the Trikuta Mountains. From Sanjichhat, begin a 2.5 km trek (about 30–45 minutes) to reach the revered Vaishno Devi Bhawan. If preferred, you can hire a pony or Palki for added comfort. Relish the serene mountain vistas as you ascend toward the temple. Upon arrival, proceed for the holy darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi, which may take 1–3 hours depending on the crowd. After seeking blessings, you may choose to visit the Bhairon Temple — situated 1.5 km above the Bhawan — considered an essential part of completing the pilgrimage. Later, return to Sanjichhat and take your helicopter back to Katra. Enjoy a delicious dinner and unwind with an overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 2 — Departure from Katra
- After breakfast, check out from your hotel. If time allows, visit nearby temples such as Banganga Temple or Raghunath Temple to seek blessings before your journey. You can also explore Katra’s vibrant local market to pick up souvenirs like prasad, holy threads, and other devotional items. Later, proceed to your onward destination by flight or train, carrying with you the divine memories of the Vaishno Devi Yatra.

- Initial Booking Amount – INR 8,000 per person or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable)
- 30 days prior to the departure date – 75% of the remaining tour cost
- 15 days prior to the departure date – 100% of the tour cost required
