Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival in Katra and Helicopter to Sanjichhat
- Arrival in Katra via Private Transfer as it is the base town for the Vaishno Devi Yatra. Check-in to your hotel, freshen up. After breakfast, reach the Helipad in Katra for your helicopter ride. Helicopters operate between Katra and Sanjichhat, reducing the trekking time significantly. The flight takes around 8-10 minutes. Upon landing at Sanjichhat, you’ll have to trek for 2.5 km to reach the Vaishno Devi Bhawan. The trek from Sanjichhat to Bhawan takes around 30-45 minutes. You can also opt for Horse ride or Palki as well. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the mountains and valleys. After reaching the Bhawan, proceed for Vaishno Devi Darshan. Depending on the crowd, darshan can take anywhere between 1-3 hours. After darshan, visit the Bhairon Temple (optional). The Bhairon Temple is located 1.5 km above the Bhawan, and devotees believe the pilgrimage is incomplete without visiting it. After darshan, trek back to Sanjichhat. Take the helicopter back to Katra. Once back in Katra, enjoy dinner at your hotel. Overnight stay in Katra.
Day 2 — Departure
- After breakfast, check out from your hotel. If time permits, visit local temples such as Banganga Temple or Raghunath Temple in Katra. Explore the local market for souvenirs like prasad, holy threads, and religious items. Head back to your onward destination via flight or train.

- 31 days or more prior to departure date Initial Booking Amount will be forfeited.
- Between 30–16 days : 75% of total tour cost will be charged as penalty.
- Less than 15 days: 100% of total tour cost will be charges as penalty

- Initial Booking Amount – INR 8,000 per person or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable)
- 30 days prior to the departure date – 75% of the remaining tour cost
- 15 days prior to the departure date – 100% of the tour cost required
